Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
RETURN POLICY:
We do not offer returns on custom printed items unless there is a defect with the printing; the wrong size or wrong printed shirts have been shipped; or if the order is received well beyond the expected delivery date on standard shipped orders. Customers must report the problem within 3 days of receiving order. Please see our User Agreement for more details about Return Policy.
EXCHANGE:
We do not offer exchanges on custom printed items, only blank apparel can be exchanged when the goods are sent unused and unwashed. Exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee paid by the customer. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to iCustomizeIt.ca. Exchanges can only be made once the items are confirmed received and undamaged by a customer service rep. Please see our User Agreement for more details about Exchange Policy.
CANCELLATION:
We do not offer cancellations under any circumstances. All orders being processed immediately after the order is placed. If you have a question about a cancellation of an order please email us at orders@iCustomizeit.ca, we will do our best to see if we can accommodate a cancellation request, but it is not guaranteed.
